• After the daily high-speed traffic is used up, the speed will be reduced to 384kbps, and the Internet will be continuous. The high-speed traffic will be reset 24 hours after activation.
  

• Calculation method of days: 24-hour system.
  

• After scanning the QRcode and successfully downloading the eSIM, the order cannot be canceled and refunded. Please confirm that your mobile phone supports eSIM before purchasing.
  

• Note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020 and iPhone XS have eSIM functionality.
  

• Due to the different versions of Samsung mobile phones purchased in different countries, it is necessary to confirm whether eSIM is supported before purchasing (Samsung mobile phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM function).

Pre-Order Reminders

• After scanning the QRcode to download the eSIM successfully, the order cannot be canceled and refunded.
• Internet access is required for eSIM installation. Please note that you need to have a good network/WiFi connection when installing eSIM
• Each QR code can only be scanned once, and no changes can be made once the QR code is scanned.
• The eSIM must be installed and activated within 60 days after receiving it, otherwise it will be invalid.
• Please install the eSIM after arriving in Thailand to avoid calculating the validity period in advance
• iOS must be version 12.1 or above. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS have eSIM capabilities.
• The versions of Samsung mobile phones vary from country to country. Samsung mobile phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check Samsung's official website first.
• The quality of communication may be affected by outside conditions. Surrounding landforms (e.g. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or locations may affect the speed and quality of the internet.
• In accordance with the Fair Usage Policy, excessive video streaming or data consumption may cause slower or weaker signal reception. Please note that no refund can be applied for slower or weaker signal reception caused by triggering the Fair Usage Policy.
