• The standard charter service hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Recommended departure time:
  - From Tokyo: between 08:00 and 11:00 AM.
  - Outside Tokyo, such as Mount Fuji: after 10:00 AM.
• Charter route: Customise your route or refer to the suggested routes (6- to 9-seaters are recommended for up to 5 attractions, and 13- to18-seaters are recommended for 3 to 4 attractions).
  
• Pricing Statement: All-inclusive pricing. *Overtime charges: For vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, the overtime fee is JP¥5,000 per hour. For chartered vehicles with more than 14 seats, the overtime fee is JP¥10,000 per hour.
  * For multi-day charter that stays outside Tokyo, a driver overnight fee will be charged: JP¥ 12,000 per day; JP¥ 15,000 per day for 14- to 19-seaters

If you need a car seat, the first one is free and the second one will be charged JP¥ 2,000. Please pay the driver on-site

Going up Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station

To include Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station in the itinerary, please pay an additional uphill fee (about JP¥ 2,060-4,700, depending on the vehicle model)

Overtime Fee

Overtime fees apply if the service exceeds 10 hours. Overtime fee: JP¥ 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, JP¥ 10,000 per hour for chartered vehicles with 14 seats or more. The driver will provide a return time suggestion based on map directions. Customers are responsible for overtime fees incurred due to unexpected traffic congestion on the day of service.

Cross-area Transfer

Pick-up and drop-off outside of Tokyo's 23 wards will incur a cross-area service fee, which varies by location. If customers are staying in Hakone/Mount Fuji area, approximately 2 hours will be deducted from the charter time for the drive to/from the area. For med-sized vehicles with 13 seats or more, the travel time to/from the area is approximately 2 hours, so the actual charter time will be 7 hours. If there is a route that crosses different areas, a cross-area service fee will be incurred, such as a trip to Mount Fuji area + Kamakura area.

• After placing the order, please communicate the specific itinerary with the driver in time, to avoid delays
• The charter duration is 10 hours between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Service outside of these hours will incur a nighttime/early morning service fee. Please confirm the specific charter time with customer service after placing your order.
• According to the Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the full-day service time for 14-seater and 19-seater vehicles is 9 hours, with service hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and a maximum overtime of 1 hour.
• The pick-up and drop-off hotel or other addresses for this product must be in the urban area of Tokyo. If you have a pick-up and drop-off in other areas, please note so in the remarks section in the order and contact the driver for confirmation. If you have a pick-up and drop-off outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, there will be a cross-area service fee (subject to the location) and likelihood of service time deduction depending on the vehicle vacant time
• Due to the recent implementation of high parking costs at Arakura Sengen Shrine, visitors have two options: ① Get off at [Shimoyoshida Station] and walk about 10 minutes to the entrance; or ② Get off at the designated parking lot near the entrance, which requires a parking fee of JP¥ 1,500. (Once the vehicle enters, it cannot reverse and must pay the fee, this is essentially the admission cost for arriving by car.) This fee must be paid by the guest.
